City Hall, London

Background info:

This picture was a complete fluke. I was walking past City Hall one evening and noticed that a movie was being shot in front of it - the floodlights happened to all be on one side of the building, hence the unusual lighting effect. The building looks very otherworldly at the best of times; it's always reminded me of the alien mothership from ET. The strange light gives the impression that it's just landed and ET is about to walk out of it... -- ChrisO 23:09, 29 Mar 2004 (UTC)
