    c) information of events and facts.
  2. When using the works mentioned in subparagraph "b" of this Article under the other persons name, it is possible to protect the right of author's name.

Hence it is assumed that this image has been released into the public domain worldwide. However use of this image within the Republic of Georgia might be subject to usage restrictions regulated by other laws.
