I created this image by downloading the appropriate scan (image no. 5 of 57) from John Vanbrugh's The Relapse from Early English Books Online in .gif format in the highest resolution available (400% of original size), cropping it in Adobe Photoshop to get one page instead of two, and saving the result as a .png file.
