This photograph of the work is also in the public domain in the United States (see Bridgeman Art Library v. Corel Corp.).

Anne Bracegirdle in an Indian headdress in The Indian Queen, ostensibly given to Thomas Killigrew's King's Men theatre by Aphra Behn in 1664. The same feathers were used for the sequel play, The Indian Emperor, and contemporary critics said that the feathers alone drew an enormous crowd.
