As specified in the below tag, this image is now of expired copyright in Argentina because it is more than 25 years old. Most images of Eva Peron are of an unknown source. The photographers are usually lost to history. For evidence of this, please visit the Wikipedia Commons and see that none of their images of Eva Peron list a photographer or source. The copyright of this photography registered in Argentina has expired, as at least 20 years have passed after being first published ( Law 11.723, Article 34 and their modifications). Nevertheless, its author and source must be acknowledged. Esta imagen está en el dominio público puesto que por la Ley 11.723, Artículo 34 de Argentina y sus modificaciones todas las obras fotográficas pasan al dominio público luego de pasados 20 años de su primera publicación. Sin embargo, su autor y origen deben ser acreditados.
