Description

Houston, TX, September 21, 2005 -- Traffic on I 45 was mostly out of town, to the north, as Galveston citizens evacuated the coastal flood plains. The recent landfall of Hurricane Katrina near New Orleans had people hurrying to prepare for Hurricane Rita.
