A trio of Santa Fe Railroad EMD GP units — a GP30 (in the lead), a GP35 and a GP20 — run light up Cajon Pass in California in the late 1980s. These locomotives will be helper power on a westbound train to assist in braking on the downgrade of the mountain pass.
