(日章旗の制式の特例)

3 日章旗の制式については、当分の間、別記一の規定にかかわらず、寸法の割合について縦を横の十分の七とし、かつ、日章の中心の位置について旗の中心から旗竿側に横の長さの百分の一偏した位置とすることができる。
