［海上畫派］《十萬圖》冊

清（~1850年），任熊繪，泥金箋，設色，每開縱26.3cm，橫20.5cm。

《十萬圖》冊是任熊晚年創作的10幅山水精品，因題目均以“萬”字起首而得名，即“萬卷詩樓”、“萬點青蓮”、“萬峰飛雪”、“萬笏朝天”、“萬竿煙雨”、“萬松疊翠”、“萬林秋色”、“萬壑爭流”、“萬丈空流”、“萬橫香雪”，以寓至多盡善、完滿俱足之意。該圖冊多取材於蘇州太湖一帶的山水而內容又有所擴大，如“萬笏朝天”、“萬橫香雪” 即以蘇州天平山和香雪海為素材，“萬點青蓮”描繪的應是杭州西湖的景色，而“萬丈空流”、“萬竿煙雨”則是想象中的海島和瀟湘奇景。總之，畫家是以“十”、“萬”來概括天下美景與賞心樂事。作品筆法細膩，構思精微，意境深邃，併富有裝飾趣味，於寫實中充滿浪漫情調。尤其是作者充分運用金箋紙的底色作用，使青綠設色逾顯得絢麗多彩，濃艷華貴而不失雅逸的藝術效果。
