Welcome to the winter edition of SOS Children’s World. We hope you have enjoyed the festive season and are looking ahead to the coming year.
HSBC, who have supported our work since the 2004 Tsunami, have recently become partners in a new initiative for street children. Our report details more about the aims of the programme.
We also update you on our work in Lebanon following the war earlier in the Summer together with developments of the new SOS Children’s Village Basse, Gambia. Support from UK donors has been vital in this project and will continue to be essential when we welcome the first children early in the Summer.
Your support means we are able to give hope to more orphans and provide love and support to families helping prevent child abandonment. Thank you for your support of our work - giving hope to orphans worldwide.
